Do not try to fight Bayle at range or at his head — the attack density from that angle is nearly impossible to dodge consistently. Phase 2 trigger: survive the lightning explosion transition. At roughly 55–60% HP Bayle enters Phase 2 — he rears up and unleashes a massive lightning explosion across the entire arena. Run to maximum distance the moment he rises — the blast has a wide radius and deals enormous damage even with high lightning defence. This is the fight’s most common death point. After the explosion, sprint back under him immediately — Phase 2 adds lightning-infused fire breath and aerial lightning dive attacks, both of which are easier to avoid from his hind leg position than anywhere else.

Phase 2 key attack: the double lightning slam. Bayle’s most dangerous Phase 2 attack is a double wing slam followed immediately by a lightning breath sweep. Dodge the first slam toward his body, then dodge the wing slam on the other side, then sprint back under him before the breath completes. This attack reads as two separate slams — players who dodge once and stop moving take full lightning breath damage. Learn the rhythm of this combo first — once you can consistently dodge it, the rest of Phase 2 becomes manageable from the hind leg position.
