How to Find Korok Seeds Fast in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Updated April 2026 · 2 min read
⚡ Quick Answer
The fastest way to find Korok Seeds in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is to reveal the map with Skyview Towers, then search suspicious terrain: lone rocks, stone circles, flower trails, missing puzzle pieces, and backpack Koroks asking to reach a friend. Skyview Towers do not mark every Korok automatically, so use visual clues, the Korok Mask, or an interactive map if you want to collect them efficiently.
How to Find Korok Seeds Fast in TotK
1
Activate Skyview Towers to reveal the map. Skyview Towers reveal map regions and help you launch high enough to scan terrain, glide to suspicious spots, and mark areas to investigate. They do not reveal every Korok location, but they make searching much faster. Extra stamina also helps when gliding between clues, so use our stamina upgrade guide if exploration feels limited.
Check lone rocks, trees, and cliff edges. One of the fastest Korok patterns is a single rock placed somewhere suspicious: on a hilltop, tree stump, ruin, cliff edge, or small island. Pick it up or complete the nearby rock pattern to reveal the Korok.
3
Complete flower trails and sparkle trails. If you see a single yellow flower, touch it and follow each new flower until the Korok appears. Also watch for moving sparkles on the ground, rooftops, or ruins — catch them and interact to reveal another quick Korok.
4
Reunite backpack Koroks with their friends. These Koroks ask to be carried to a nearby friend and reward 2 seeds instead of 1. Use Ultrahand, carts, rockets, fans, or simple bridges to move them quickly. Since extra weapon slots are one of the best Korok Seed rewards, pair this with our early weapons guide if your inventory fills too fast.
5
Complete pattern puzzles. Look for broken stone circles, missing blocks, cube formations, cork plugs, acorn targets, and odd object patterns. If something looks intentionally incomplete, use Ultrahand, arrows, or nearby objects to finish the pattern and reveal the Korok.
Tips
→
You do not need all 1000 Korok Seeds for practical upgrades — a few dozen seeds are enough for useful early weapon, bow, and shield slots. Full inventory expansion requires far more: 421 Korok Seeds, so only chase everything if you enjoy completionist hunting.
→
Trade Korok Seeds with Hestu to expand your inventory. Prioritize weapon slots first, then bows, then shields for most playthroughs, because extra weapon space makes Fuse materials and backup weapons much easier to manage.
→
Suspicious terrain is usually a clue — lone rocks, circles of stones, isolated trees, missing blocks, acorns, dandelions, pinwheels, and unusual ruins are all worth checking.
→
Use the Korok Mask or an interactive map for completionist routes — the Korok Mask reacts when a hidden Korok is nearby, while community maps can show every Korok location and puzzle type.
