The deeper Ainsel River Main section is accessed through a blue teleporter at the top of Renna’s Rise — the tower northwest of the Three Sisters area in Liurnia. Interact with the teleporter to be transported directly to Ainsel River Main with Ranni’s doll in your inventory.

Find Renna’s Rise — the Three Sisters location. The Three Sisters are three towers northwest of Caria Manor in northern Liurnia. Clear Caria Manor and defeat Royal Knight Loretta to unlock access to the Three Sisters area.
